Ignite Digi has unveiled the Control Deck, a professional remote controller meticulously designed for the DJI Transmission ecosystem. This innovative device offers both gimbal and FIZ control within a robust and ergonomic layout.
Key Features and Collaboration
The Control Deck boasts carefully designed buttons, dials, ports, and a high-quality APEM joystick, which together ensure greater accuracy and consistency when managing DJI Inspire 3, Ronin 4D, Ronin 2, and RS3/4 Pro. Ignite Digi collaborated with Melbourne-based Signal Audio for the software development of the Control Deck, marking their second partnership following the CANBUSTER for the NODO Inertia Wheels.
Customizable Joystick Expo Curves
Operators can select from various joystick expo curves to suit their needs:
- Linear: Provides a 1:1 input to output, ideal for riding the master rate for more finesse in tilt/pan speed.
- Squared: Offers finer control of lower speed movements while maintaining reasonably high pan/tilt speed.
- Cubic: Suitable for high-speed tilt/pan, while still offering fine control for slow movements.

Functionality with DJI Products
Versatile Battery Options
The Control Deck supports multiple battery options, including TB50, TB51, bebob Vmicro (V-Mount), and Amicro (Gold Mount). Users can easily swap battery plates, with the purchase of a Core Kit or Complete Kit including one plate of choice. Additional battery plates are available for purchase separately, all pre-terminated with Molex connectors. The bebob V-Mount and Gold Mount plates also feature a spacer for D-Tap connectors, which draw power solely from the mounted battery.
Optimized Monitor Mount
Designed for quick setup, the Control Deck features a 4-inch Tilting NATO Rail for adjustable viewing comfort and quick packing with the Lemo cable connected. The monitor cage, which can hold the DJI Remote Monitor Hood, attaches via two bolts to ensure stability. The NATO rail includes ¼”-20” and ⅜”-16” threaded holes with Pin-Locks, accommodating SmallHD or other 7″ monitors with Cine Lock or LNK quick releases.
USB-C Gooseneck Flashlight
To aid in low-light environments, Ignite Digi offers a USB-C Gooseneck (30 cm) paired with a RovyVon Aurora A3 (Gen4) USB-C Flashlight. This compact flashlight features an aluminum case, 5000K LEDs with 90+ CRI, a maximum brightness of 650 lumens, and four brightness settings. The USB-C Gooseneck keeps the flashlight charged and can also charge other devices in a pinch. It connects to the 30W USB-C Output, protected by a recessed pocket to prevent damage.
