The German battery specialist, bebob, has launched two innovative B-Mount batteries, the B90cineML and B155cineML. These hot-swappable batteries, capable of operating at two voltages – 14.4/28.8V, are a force to be reckoned with. Both batteries come with a twist D-Tap, a USB-C port, and a five-stage LED indicator, keeping users well informed of battery life.
Bebob, in cooperation with ARRI, introduced the B-Mount battery standard in 2019, initially featured with the ARRI ALEXA Mini LF. Created with versatility in mind, these batteries and mounts cater to the power needs of both 12V and 24V devices. Today, despite the prevalence of the V-Mount/Gold-Mount, the B-Mount continues to be a powerful alternative.
